Has it been a long time since you have seen the dentist?

Maybe you have not seen a dentist in 10 or 15 years. Maybe you are concerned because you have ignored your mouth? It is important to not delay because no pain is sometimes a poor indicator of how severe things really are. We love to save your teeth and dental implants are a great option for tooth replacement.

Hello and welcome to incredible smiles.com. My name is Dr. Lori Kemmet, founder and owner of incredible smiles.  About twice a month I see somebody come to my office who hasn’t seen a dentist in 10, sometimes even 20 years. They’re very scared usually because they don’t know what the problems could be. They don’t know how much it’s going to cost and they’re just really concerned because they basically ignored their mouth for so many years.

Well a lot of times I’m very pleasantly surprised that there isn’t that much going on as long as they have been flossing and brushing their teeth. The important thing is to not delay. Just because you’re not having any pain in your mouth doesn’t mean there aren’t things going on. What I love to do more than anything with these people who haven’t been in for a long time is to save teeth.

So many people come in not having seen a dentist for a long time and think that they have to have all their teeth removed. That’s usually not the case. I love to save teeth and for those few teeth that may not be able to be saved implants are a great option. If you are wondering what’s going on in your mouth because it’s been a long time call us to schedule a complimentary consultation 303-499-0013 or visit our website at incrediblesmiles.com.
