Just attended a periodontal update at a local university. The suggestions for mourthrinses included Peridex and Listerine, but the next subject was cancer-causing agents in mouthrinses, like alcohol. Alchohol in a mouthrinse is cancer-causing?! So why recommend either of these since they both contain massive amounts of alcohol?
